I’m considering doing both rhino and lip lift separately. But I don’t know which to do first. I’ve heard some doctors say you need to do nose first, because it’ll affect lip lift you’ve had. Yet other doctors say having lip lift done will make your nose wider, so you should do lip lift first. I’m guessing that doing nose will affect lip lift and doing lip lift will affect nose. In your opinion, which do you think should be first?
Answer: Rhinoplasty First Both opinions are valid, however in general rhinoplasty is the more complex operation. There are many variables when performing a rhinoplasty and limiting the variables that could compromise your result is of the utmost importance. Having a lip lift will place a fair amount of scar tissue immediately deep to the nasal ala which may limit surgical maneuvers that can be performed by your rhinoplasty surgeon.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello! Thank you for your question. If you can provide photos from front of your face, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. Anyway, you can have these surgeries in the same time would be much better for you. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!

Answer: Rhinoplasty & Lip lift Thanks for the question. Rhinoplasty can be performed to change the shape, size, or symmetry of the nose, as well as to improve breathing problems. On the other hand, a lip lift procedure can enhance the appearance of the upper lip by increasing the amount of pink lip visible and creating a more youthful appearance. The order in which the procedures are performed will depend on the individual's priorities and their desired outcome. It's recommended to have a consultation with a plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and determine the best approach. The surgeon will be able to provide you with a personalized recommendation based on your unique facial anatomy, desired outcome, and overall health. I wish you all the best.

Answer: What you should know about rhinoplasty Thank you for your question. Since rhinoplasty is one of the most complex of all plastic surgery procedures, requiring experience, skill, and even artistry to achieve an optimal outcome, it may be best to have this procedure done prior to a lip lift. Once you’ve healed from rhinoplasty and assessed the results, a lip lift procedure can then be considered. However, some patients can also benefit from undergoing both of these procedures at the same time. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon, with expertise in rhinoplasty techniques. They will be able to discuss your goals and options with you to help you decide on the best course of action.

Answer: Nose or lip lift? Dear Luminous593734, Thankyou for your question! In my professional opinion and practice, I strongly recommend doing the lip lift and nose job at the same time, since lip lift surgery directly affects the shape of the nose. An experienced doctor can achieve the face harmony between the nose and lips.I am attaching a link for the procedure if you would like to look deeper and know what to expect. Regards, TAS TEAM
