I would like change my current nose (photo 1-unedited) to look like my desired nose (photo 2-edited). My concern is whether or not it is a realistic result. When I see other people’s before and after photos, their nose looks similar to their before. However, I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the edited nose looks very different from my current nose. So, I was wondering if it would be possible to achieve the exact (or at least almost exact) look of the 2nd nose (with it still looking natural).

There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. . A rhinoplasty in my opinion is one of the most difficult procedures to perform. In my practice, I utilize piezosurgery. Piezosurgery is a more gentle technique that allows for greater precision. Less bruising and swelling is common with Piezosurgery.
