There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. . A rhinoplasty in my opinion is one of the most difficult procedures to perform. In my practice, I utilize piezosurgery. Piezosurgery is a more gentle technique that allows for greater precision. Less bruising and swelling is common with Piezosurgery. Yes, I believe you can obtain this look. Rhinoplasty is very complex surgery. Goals of edited photos allow you and your surgeon to better understand your goals. Your surgeon can nerve guarantee a certain outcome, but he or she can strive to obtain the results that were extensively discussed as potentially feasible prior to surgery. A single frontal view is not enough data to determine your candidacy for rhinoplasty surgery. In your case, the expected results can be achievable and be even better than the simulation you have provided in the 2nd picture through scarless closed atraumatic rhinoplasty. Furthermore, for such procedure make sure to choose an expert doctor who follows closed and not open rhinoplasty for faster recovery and minimum scarring. Although it is technically possible to achieve the changes you have identified in your simulation, I would advise against it.

You have elements of definition around the nasal tip that are very valuable and losing all these landmarks would make the nasal tip appear wider in a variety of lighting conditions but in particular in soft light. The main problem now is the angle of the tip cartilages with the lower border flared up.

An intermediate contouring which retains visibility of the domes and the soft triangles is likely to give you a combination of natural appearance and avoid the perception that the tip has become too bulbous.

The width of the tip is controlled by the two tip cartilages. During surgery, those cartilages' size and position are adjusted to make a new shape of the tip. Remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. The changes that your nose needs require advanced techniques, and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise.
