The goal of any good rhinoplasty surgeon is to give you a natural result. Based on your photos, you should be able to get a smaller nose with rhinoplasty. It is important to find a rhinoplasty specialist with photos that you like. Then go in for a consultation where computer imaging can be done at the same time to see how you might like it.
Tip plasty is indeed possible for achieving a narrowed appearance to the lower 1/3 of somebody's nose. Based on your singular photo, you may have a crooked nasal appearance, and that may be slightly more involved than just tipplasty and alarplasty. You may consider visiting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists so you could see what to expect after rhinoplasty surgery. I hope this is helpful! Since the only Dr Joseph
Hi from Istanbul! I perform hundreds of ethnic rhinoplasties each year and it is definitely possible to achieve a natural looking nose that works well with the rest of your features. A smaller and more refined nasal tip can be achieved with tip plasty and alarplasty. However, I also recommend narrowing the nasal bones with an osteotomy to ensure a more balanced and natural-looking result. Of course, for a more detailed analysis, you should consult in person with a plastic surgeon whose aesthetic vision aligns with yours. Best of luck to you.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Your nose appears to be asymmetrical and extends up over the dorsum. Your tip needs to be refined. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Side views affect the natural image as much as the front views. If you share your profile image and indicate any changes you want in this area, a more accurate assessment can be made.
Rhinoplasty surgery is fairly complex. There are many different procedures that can be employed for each anatomic region of the nose.Up with the surgical plan is usually based on first having a clear understanding of what the patients concerns and goals are.Without understanding what you’re trying to achieve we can’t really give you any clear recommendations of what would be involved.I recommend having in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community who seem to have extensive rhinoplasty experience. Ideally you want to find plastic surgeons who either specialize exclusively in rhinoplasty surgery or have rhinoplasty surgery as one of their main areas of focus. You may want to consider looking for plastic surgeons who are members of the rhinoplasty society.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
Your photos are very limited in demonstrating the features of the nose. But to answer your question, a rhinoplasty may require only correction of limited areas, such a sthe tip, without correcting other parts. You should consult with a Board Certified plastic surgeon with lots of experience performing rhinoplasty. Good luck!
