I am a 5'11 male at 160lbs. In the photo my facial hair is aligned with my jawbone/jawline. The double chin is not due to loose skin or excess body fat as it is quite literally my windpipe. Just curious as this is a genetic trait across many family members even those who also have low body fat %.

Your chin projection looks good, however, the length of your chin appears short and therefore gives you a deep mentolabial fold and and rounded appearance. I would recommend a CT scan to determine your chin height. A vertical lengthening genioplasty will likely give you the look that you want.
