Question

I am a 5'11 male at 160lbs. In the photo my facial hair is aligned with my jawbone/jawline. The double chin is not due to loose skin or excess body fat as it is quite literally my windpipe. Just curious as this is a genetic trait across many family members even those who also have low body fat %.

We regularly will reduce the Adam's apple for people who don't like the appearance of their "windpipe" and, neck skin can also be addressed by tightening muscles in the area.

From the very limited photograph, it appears that you have sub-platysmal fat located deep below the platysma muscle in your neck. A surgical neck lift is required to remove that fat. Liposuction can only remove the fat deposits above the muscle. A platysma plasty is also performed to significantly improve the jawline.
