I have this pocket of fat/excess skin in the outer corners of my upper eyes. This may very well be genetic, but I’m looking to remove them or at maybe pull skin taught (naturally, without a cat eye look). What surgical procedure is this? I’ve looked into blepharoplasty but I usually do not see isolation of the outer area in surgeries like that. I am not looking for temporary fixes like filler, surgery only please!
