How long can your eyelids stay red after upper blepharoplasty surgery?

Eyelid have redness after upper blepharoplasty for 2-6 months on average. Each person is different and technique is also a factor.

It depends on a number of variables.
Some people have red sensitive skin that can be red much longer.
I usually say it takes about three months to look fully presentable skin scars can continue to mature for over a year.
