Ways to Correct Asymmetric Eyelids? (Photo)

My left eyelid is more closed then the right. I believe this is due to ptosis on my left eyelid, or due to a difference in the sag or size of my left orbital rim (it looks like my eyebrows are alittle asymmetic too). What treatments and/ or procedures could I do to fix this? Note I've already tried Upneeq with no success.

Unless if there is a residual cyst on the inside of your eyelids, I believe that your eyelid should go back to normal. Additionally, it's difficult to tell from the photos which is the affected side. I don't understand your comment and it may be a confusion of terms. I don't understand why a lower bleph was done for malars, which is not typical. Perhaps you could post a picture with a pointer indicating your concern
