Would eyelid surgery and orbital decompression correct the appearance of my eyes? (photos)

I hate my eyes and I want to do something to feel better in my life. I have low myopia, my thyroid is clean. My eyes are bulging a bit though and lower eyelids are poorly positioned. Should I do an orbital decompression too? Thank you!
