Would eyelid surgery and orbital decompression correct the appearance of my eyes? (photos)

Frankly, I think that you are being way too hard on yourself and overly critical. The upper portion of the mid-cheek is an important buttress for the under-eye region. At least from the photos provided, it would appear that the use of robust HA volumizing filler properly injected into the upper mid-cheek region would help to diminish the under-eye hollows and create a smoother, more desirable gradual transition between the upper cheeks and the under-eyes. This would also likely diminish the appearance of bulging of the globes themselves, which I believe is more a function of the hollows under the eyes than true eye bulging. You would be wise to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert, and you should stop being so unduly critical of yourself. Hope this helps and best of luck.
