Hi! I've always had this non-wrinkle horizontal line in between my eyes that is on top of my nose bridge my whole life. It could be hereditary because even my Mom has it and I've seen very few people with this too. I've done research and I can never begin to know what to call this or how I can fix it. It makes me insecure sometimes because it's smack dab in the middle of my face but most times I ignore it and sometimes lighting masks the issue. My face is relaxed in this picture. Please help!

Hello and thank you for your question! In many people, the procerus muscle is responsible for creating a horizontal line between the eyebrows when it contracts. Botox works by temporarily paralyzing the muscle, preventing it from contracting and deepening the line. For this, Botox would be injected into the procerus muscle to relax it, reducing the appearance of the line. If the line is deep or still visible even when the muscle is relaxed, a dermal filler like hyaluronic acid can be injected into the line to smooth it out. The filler works by adding volume, which fills in the wrinkle and restores a smoother surface to the skin. The crease on your forehead is due to a muscle called the procerus. This muscle is between your brows and functions to full the eyebrows down. The best way to treat this is with a neuromodulator such as Bottox, Dysport, Daxxify or Xeomin. I hope this helps!

I would do combination therapy with botox into the procerus muscle and then consider adding .01cc of medium G' dermal filler...muscle next to be relaxed and need to also fill the nasal bridge
