Uneven lipo. Can you work out to even out lipo? One side is fatter than the next, uneven love handles

I would use a Hidef combination approach to liposuction revision that includes liposuction, lipocavitation, fibrous release, fat grafting, scar release, PRP SC, and multiplane tissue tightening with RF.
Combination treatments work well to reduce lumpiness and contour irregularities.

I am sorry to hear you have had liposuction that has left you uneven.  I have revised many patients who have been unhappy with their liposuction recently.  It unfortunately is more common and it shouldn't be.  If it is a love handle area then a CoolSculpting treatment might resolve it.  It can be difficult to otherwise change to your satisfaction.

Some asymmetry may be related to the underlying bony and muscular architecture.  Are you sure the difference is fat content?
