Liposuction revision surgery - swelling? (photos)

Question

I have gone through abdominoplasty in June 2016 and Upper abdomen liposuction on 7th Jan 2017. Now it has been 2 weeks since the liposuction procedure but I am not sure I think my tummy has not gone flat after 2 surgeries also. I dont know weather it is swelling or it will still go inside after 3 weeks as suggested by my surgeon.Should i be more patient and wait or should I do something about it?

Be patient. In the future, consider liposuction. I would begin with our Hidef liposuction protocol that includes fibrous release, fat grafting, lipocavitation, liposculpture, PRP SC, liposonix, and RF multiplane tissue tightening. 
  
Secondarily, I would employ the Brazilian cellulite technique to eliminate scar tethering. Combined with fibrous release, many of the deep scar indentations can be improved.

Yes, it is too soon to tell. You have swelling which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Did you have muscle repair?  I do not see any hi definition contouring.  Its likely if you want a more flat look you need more surgeyr with muscle repair and more agressive liposuction.  Please see a vaser 4D expert.  Best, Dr. Emer

Liposuction swelling can take 4-6 months to settle. You may also have a fair amount of visceral ( internal over the organ) fat that can contribute to your fullness and cand only be reduced by diet and exercise.
