Question

I was never fat, I went to see a few surgeons they told me I would be great and have a nice figure because I already had a shape, I just wanted to be flatter. I had my revision done yesterday. I still look the same. I see ppl who have results the same day, you can see the difference. My stomach looks puffy. He said he took everything out and the rest I will have to diet and work off. Should he have drained the fluid from inside me? He injected a lot. I'm not dripping though.

You are likely very swollen at this point. Some things that contribute to fullness include, weak  muscles, visceral fat, and excess skin.
