Please help. Is the dent in my stomach a result of botched lipo or will it go away? How would I fix it? (Photo)

I had liposuction of my lower abdomen on January 13th (10.5 weeks ago) Since immediately following surgery, I noticed a dent on the middle left side. While my stomach wasnt perfectly flat before, the skin was always smooth. When I showed my doctor yesterday he acted as if he couldn't see it. I feel that he is being dishonest because he knows he messed up. PLEASE help, any advice is welcome. I know it hasnt been a full 3mo yet, but the area is tender and I definitely feel it will not smooth out.

It is too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I do recommend following up with your Doctor about your compression garments and sizing, because ill-fitting garments can cause creases/dents. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Thank you for your photos. I wouldn't consider this botched. However, this can be fixed under local with just a fat transfer. Consult with a specialist to address all your questions and concerns.
