Uneven bone shapes after rhinoplasty (Photo)

Hello, I had rhinoplasty 2 weeks ago and I feel little bumps on my nasal bone since the splint came off, my doctor suggested some massages but I dont think they are helping to reduce their sizes. They are not visible to eye but I am afraid they will be once the swelling goes. They are both on the bone next to my eyes and today I noticed that I have a deformation on my right Side next to the corner of my eye, it seems and feels like it is pushed inside. I know it's a lot but I really need help.
