Hello Dr's, and thank you for your time. I know it's early. I know it takes months to years to see final results. However, I can't imagine it'll improve enough to get close to the "after" photo my PS did during the consult. While I don't hate my result right now, I wish it was closer to what we agreed upon. The columella is wide, and it generally looks just so different. Thoughts? Just swelling?
