Fat tip after 6 Months! (Photos)

Congratulations for having patience and wait six months PO, which is the recommended time allowed to make judgments of value and be precise and accurate.
After having analyzed all the info and photos provided to us, i recommend to perform a Secondary Rhinoplasty (not a tip revision) this means (basically) treat the nasal bones and the nasal cartilages.Therefore i would perform a narrowing of the nasal base (nose osteotomy) and alar and triangular cartilage shaping.

After a revision rhinoplasty, I advise patients that their final result may not be fully manifest for up to 18 months.  At 6 months, I would recommend not fixating on your results.  Allow yourself the full time to heal before rushing to judgement.

Thankyou for your question.  I cannot appreciate the swelling well from the angle the photographs are taken. However, the final shape of the nose post  surgery, can take upto a year to settle, so it would be ok to wait for a few more months to see how it develops.
