In from guatemala and there is $1500 or $2000 and im thinking to go there but i don't want to travel there

As others have noted, that is below average for south florida.  Depending on what kind of work is needed on your nose, you may be able to save some money if it is just the tip that is needed to get work done, or just a hump that needs to be taken down, but each case is different and each surgeon will bill differently.  I suggest you go on a couple of consultations and make sure you get quality work done.  Best of luck.

NO where in MIAMI would an experienced board surgeon offer a rhinoplasty for under the costs! Lowest I have seen is $6,000. I guess you can keep searching for the holy grail....
