The actual length of your penis won’t be increased with a tummy tuck, however the surgery may help slightly improve its prominence by reducing the skin and fat surrounding the area.

A tummy tuck, particularly a lift in the pubic area, may also tighten the hair bearing pubic area and give lift to the base of the penis.  Some conservative liposuction may also decrease the bulk of the pubic area around the penis.  However, it will not lengthen the penis physically nor significantly improve the appearance of the length of the penis.
