I have micropenis im told and hypogonadism will a TT help ny size? I'm male, age 46.

Some plastic surgeons may perform procedures that involve releasing the check rein ligaments of the penis or removing excess fat around the base of the penis, which can slightly enhance the appearance of length. However, these procedures typically do not result in a substantial increase in actual penis size.

Given your concern about having a micropenis and hypogonadism, it would be beneficial to consult with a urologist who specializes in male sexual health. A urologist may offer additional options or procedures that could better address your concerns about penis size, such as hormone therapy or surgical interventions specific to penile enhancement.

The actual length of your penis won’t be increased with a tummy tuck, however the surgery may help slightly improve its prominence by reducing the skin and fat surrounding the area.

A tummy tuck, particularly a lift in the pubic area, may also tighten the hair bearing pubic area and give lift to the base of the penis.  Some conservative liposuction may also decrease the bulk of the pubic area around the penis.  However, it will not lengthen the penis physically nor significantly improve the appearance of the length of the penis.
