Would it be a chin shave to correct the asymmetry and a genioplasty and a jaw implant/fillers?
With a sliding Genio plastic you should not need an implant.Do you recognize that this would not correct your overbite or the fact that your upper lip projects further than your lower lip. Your wish picture has a more typical dental occlusion with a lower lip the projects further than the upper lip.overall you should get a nice result. Talk to some board-certified plastic surgeons in your area could do this type of work. Sometimes oral surgeons may be a better option. In regards to plastic surgeons look for those who have completed cranial facial fellowships.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
