Answer: Chin What you could do to improve the jaw and chin lines is to have sliding genioplasty. If you like to narrow the chin, we could have that done at the same time.

Answer: Chin surgery With a sliding Genio plastic you should not need an implant.Do you recognize that this would not correct your overbite or the fact that your upper lip projects further than your lower lip. Your wish picture has a more typical dental occlusion with a lower lip the projects further than the upper lip.overall you should get a nice result. Talk to some board-certified plastic surgeons in your area could do this type of work. Sometimes oral surgeons may be a better option.
