I am 47yrs interested in sliding genioplasty to move my chin forward and fat removal from around the area. I don't have straight teeth but am starting with Invisalign treatment shortly. I was told it would take 18 months to complete as well. when I project my chin forward my whole jaw region looks better as my chin looks recessed and makes me look older as well. can I get it done now even if my teeth are crooked? I uploaded pics of my chin area and ones showing when I project forward.
