What is the success rate of the fat transfer under eyes? How often do fat balls or some other complication occur?

I recently had full fat transfer to the face after severe fat loss due to radiofrequency treatment. The doctor who did the transfer said she had 25 years experience and did a great job on my cheeks, but didn't touch my eyes. Now she has told me that eyes must be done only a tiny bit at a time or balls could form. I continue to lose fat due to the radiofrequency treatment as my eyes continue to get blacker and I continue to lose volume. Are hyaluronic acid fillers are more risky?
