Thank you for your picture and questions. It certainly appears that you have some degree of scoliosis. I would recommend an evaluation by your primary doctor and a possible referral to a spine specialist for an evaluation. While there may some cosmetic surgery options that may improve the asymmetry, this may be something that cannot be truly "corrected" and something you may have to learn to live with. Best of luck!

Dear yeleonora,you might have scoliosis which causes asymmetry of your body. I would suggest you to check it with your doctor. A simple forward bend test can determine whether you have a scoliosis. If your doctor didn't gave you any answer, then a referral to orthopedic surgeon might be a good option.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS

You have a mild S-shape to your spine.  This is a mild form of scoliosis.  It will cause both your chest and hips to be uneven.  Surgery and liposuction can help but you will have to learn to live with some asymmetry. 

Hello, Your buttocks and flanks look good. Upper body shows spinal curvature.  I cant say how feasible is spine surgery, and you may consult a spine surgeon. Liposuction can be done to camouflage  the unevenness, but it can not be corrected completely by liposuction or fat transfer.
