Fat transfer can be used to improve facial volume. Keep in mind, harvesting is important for successful fat transfer. I use gentle water-assisted harvesting to get the most viable fat to transfer. I combine with prp and sculptra to improve results. Implants are an alternative or fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) and Sculptra can be used to create volume and contour the face. If you have some areas of body fat you can donate to the face, that is a good options for substantial volume.  If you have good skin thickness, I like sculptra.  For smaller areas of volumization, I like fillers such as Lyft and Voluma.  Surgical implants offer another option if you like the idea of surgery. 

Thank you for your photos.  Fat Transfer can be used to improve facial volume, and it is a great procedure for this problem.  It is also long lasting and permanent when performed correctly.  There are certain methods to achieving permanent results and this is important when performing the procedure.  Judging from your photos, it would appear that you are an excellent candidate for this procedure.  It can restore lost volume to your face permanently.  I would also highly recommend a consultation in person as well to examine your face for the best procedure for you.  It appears from your photos that you may have excess skin as well and benefit from a mini facelift as well.  these two procedures together yield great results.  I hope this helps.
