I had rhinoplasty done about 2 weeks ago and I had just noticed a yellowish white blob forming on the inside of my nose. It's tender to the touch and sometimes has white fluid drop out.

Answer: Infection after Rhinoplasty Dear Kpomilla, The area could be infected, it is difficult to tell from the photo. It appears to have some redness, which can indicate an infection, and you said that it is tender to the touch. I would return to your operating surgeon, who can better diagnose the issue in person.

Answer: Stitch abscess? Commonly there are sutures in an open rhinoplasty right where you are showing the pustule in the photo. Best to be seen in person. You may need treatment.
