I just noticed a yellowish white blob forming on the inside of my nose. Is this a sign of infection? (Photo)

I had rhinoplasty done about 2 weeks ago and I had just noticed a yellowish white blob forming on the inside of my nose. It's tender to the touch and sometimes has white fluid drop out.
