The creases you have are a reflection of collapsed cartilage on the side walls of your tip.The cartilage needs to be repositioned, or resupported, or both. Fixing the structural component will also reduce the creases.
The photos are too grainy to tell what is going on. You are also smiling that changes the nose... do the lines appear when not smiling? Were the lines there at all before surgery? If you have scar tissue in this area it is tough to completely correct but it is hard to see with the images.
It appears from your photos that you have a pinched tip. This causes breathing issues. Too much cartilage was taken out of your nasal tip. In general, cartilage grafts are taken from the ear and placed in the alar area to correct this.
