I went to a band practice 7 days post rhinoplasty. I did not sing obviously but wanted to be there for my band. The bass guitar and drums were extremely loud and we're making my face and nose vibrate. Could this effect my healing? I had my bones broke and moved in for my bridge to be narrowed.

Dean Toriumi uses the patient's own rib cartilage to augment the nose. He does get a great result. He used a dorsal graft, spreader grafts, and battens at least. He does not use synthetic grafts.
The photos are too grainy to tell what is going on. You are also smiling that changes the nose... do the lines appear when not smiling? Were the lines there at all before surgery? If you have scar tissue in this area it is tough to completely correct but it is hard to see with the images.
