Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Hi Regan,I just treated someone with your exact concerns. She was immediately very happy. Filler can be used to even an asymmetric face. The amount of filler and the cost depends on the individual patient and their degree of asymmetry. Facial filling is not a commodity, it is very dependent on your injecting physician. As with any aesthetic treatment it is essential to choose your treating physician carefully based on their experience, skill, knowledge, care, and most importantly their natural artistic vision. Good luck and be well.Dr. PEncino, CA
It is possible to do filler only on one side to make the depth of both creases similar. You will likely need on syringe of an HA filler which can cost between $500 to $1000 depending on your geographic location. RegardsDr. J
Although it is perfectly normal to have some asymmetry in your face, it can be distracting especially if you are self conscious about it. Dermal fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane are very simple solutions but temporary. You may want to try one of these fillers first to make sure you like the way it looks then you can go for a longer lasting solution such as Bellafill® or a fat transfer.
ReganI appreciate your concern but your asymmetry is mild and mostly noticeable when your smile. For this reason, I recommend correction with a filler like Juvederm Ultra plus by an experienced injector very conservatively because over correction will cause another asymmetry. If you like the result, then you can consider fat transfer for a longer lasting result. Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist with lots of experience treating lips. Good luck!
This asymmetry and crease can absolutely b corrected by a filler on that side. Juvederm Ultra Plus would work well for this area. Please consult an expert in cosmetic facial injections for the best results. Best, Dr. Green
Dear Regan,Any injectable hyaluronic acid filler should give you an excellent result in correcting the asymmetry of your nasolabial folds. In the hands of an experienced injector, I would expect an excellent result. Keep in mind everyone has some degree of asymmetry to the face, and it is really the rule rather than the exception. Best of luck!
You can definitely have your pesky, facial crease corrected with the use of many fillers that are available today. My advice to you: go to a plastic surgeon who can address all of your needs. Good luck from New York City
Treating using a hyaluronic acid based filler like Restylane or Juvederm will help with this. Good luck.
The crease can be improved with filler. It’s important to recognize the facial asymmetry is the norm and that subsequent evaluation of the other cheek may also be valuable.
For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
Hi @Sexyslew69. I recommend a hyaluronic acid based filler which can be reversed if you are not happy with the outcome. Restylane Lyft is a great option. I recommend seeking treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and...
Had you gone to a plastic surgeon who is well-versed with the use of fillers they would have told you right away that none of the Juvederm products should be injected into the lower eyelid or problems such as yours will be a result. My patients are recommended having only fat transferred int...
