I was considering filler in my temple area. The are getting sunken. I am 34 years old. I have had filler in my nasolabial fold area and in my cheek area before. I have had Juvederm ultra plus, Restylane and Radiesse before. Also is it safe? What are chances the injector hits.a blood vessel?

Answer: Injectable Fillers for Temple / Temple Augmentation / Volume Loss in Temples -- Soft Tissue Fillers like Radiesse, See an Expert As we age, the face naturally loses volume, specifically in areas like the temples and brow area. Soft tissue fillers like Radiesse are great for lifting the brow, filling out the temples, and making the face appear more youthful. Sculptra is an alternative. I suggest getting a formal consultation with a cosmetic dermatologist and facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Sculptra for Temples All injectable fillers have been used in the temple area. A very common choice is to use a biostimulator called Sculptra, which helps generate your own collagen to soften areas of minor hollowing. Typically a series of 4-5 are performed monthly for best results, however in younger patients 2-3 may suffice for the temples.
