What is the hardest/most firm filler on the market? I have radiesse in my cheekbones, i just want to know if theres even a harder filler out there to look more like bone.

Belladerm is long lasting and made from the same material used to make artificial bone. It may not look or feel significantly different than the Radiesse though. If you really want a sculpted cheek bone, you might consider cheek implants. This surgery is less common since fillers have become popular, but gives a more permenant, defined look to the cheekbone.

Radiesse is actually an excellent filler for cheekbones but it should be properly injected, on the bone. When injected on the bone it will act like bone creating natural results. you need to make sure that the injection is done properly and in the amount that is correct for the results you wish to achieve. your other and possibly the best option is using your own fat which will provide you with natural and permanent results as long as it is done been experienced plastic surgeon. Radeisse is same as bone chemicals - hydroxyapapitate crystals... You were under treated .... only 1 syringe is never close to enough.
