How do I lighten the scars from hidradenitis suppurativa or get rid of them altogether? (Photo)

I have deep scarring from hydrenious supperativia on my buttox. For years I didn't know what it was and finally got diagnosed with HS. Doctor prescribed some ointments to prevent further breakouts but nothing to lighten the scars or discoloration that is already there. Help?

If your pictures show a scar that is one month old, I would protect it from sun exposure. It should look better with time. There would be nothing to "suture" at this time period. Doing a scar revision early on can complicate things.  Once your mole treatment site has healed, that's when you c...
