The best option is to meet with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who can assess the scar in person. It can be very difficult to make a specific treatment recommendation from a picture, but there are likely a few options available to you. Laser treatments or microneedling can improve the depth of the scar, but a filler could possibly fill in the small scar also. Best of Luck!
