Thanks for your question and photo. With deep scars the ability to raise them by undercutting and filling with fat or filler is sometimes sufficient. However, without examining the pliability of the surrounding skin it is hard to tell. The surgical removal of the scar might prove necessary. If the resulting scar is treated by fractionated laser the result is practically imperceptible at conversation distance. I would recommend that you see a board certified plastic surgeon in consultation to get the best option. Hope this helps.

It can be very difficult to make a specific treatment recommendation from a picture, but there are likely a few options available to you.
