I had a cyst on my cheek, and I asked a dermatologist if he could inject cortisone shot into it. I also asked him to inject on two other pimples on my temple. I now have these raised scars that look like bumps, on the spots he injected cortisone which I circled in red. They weren't as noticeable many years ago, but have become more pronounced as time went by. Is there any good treatment I can get from a good dermatologist, that can get rid of these raised bumps/scars? I live in the SF Bay Area.

Removal of your piercing scars can be performed with surgical excision. In some cases, subcision and TCA Cross can minimize the scar. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon
Thank you for your picture and question. Right now your skin is inflamed. I would wear sunscreen, avoid direct contact with the sun. Contact your provider if your condition worsens.
Hello. Thank you for your question. I think a great, non invasive way to fix this would be to use PRP. You can microneedle it and inject it right into the scar. PRP uses your own platelets from a small blood draw.
