How to get rid of scars of on the leg and areola from plucking hair? (Photos)

Question

I dealt with Trichitillomania back a few months ago but instead of pulling hair from my head, I’d pluck body hairs with tweezers. Because of my OCD, if I didn’t get the hair out, I’d dig even harder in the skin with the tweezers to try to remove them. I had two main places on where my Trich was, my legs and my nipples. Both have lead to scarring but my legs developed hyperpigmentation. I’m wondering how I can help fade both asap. What are all the options I have to get rid of these fast?
