Track marks from juvederm and silicone injections on nasal folds. How can I remove this completely?

I had silicone injected, which was a huge mistake into acne scars & into my nasal folds, so I went to have it removed after it left raised scar tissue bumps. I flew to LA & spent 5 days with stitches hoping that this would finally remove the scar tissue & silicone on the nasal folds... but the bumps are still there! :( he might have removed the silicone, but the scar tissue/bumps haven't been removed...how can I remove this completely?? I'm desperate to get these removed, please help!!!

Might recommend  dermatology use of scar removal laser. But you are the one whom had the silicone injected and thus the post injection sequalae. Further surgery will NOT imprive in my RS over the internet opinion.
