Hi I am 28 years old and look pretty young except I have always had large cheeks that droop down. This has been the case since I was young (teenager). I have strong nasolabial folds and mid cheek folds. I am not too concerned about any other part of my face (undereyes, nose, chin etc). I was considering a cheek lift. Alternately will a radiesse filler migrate or pull my cheeks down further? Will restylane or some other hylauronic filler work?

Answer: Laugh Lines / Nasolabial Folds - Fillers + Sculptra, Lasers like Fraxel/Clear + Brilliant, Radiofrequency, Peels, Skin Care
I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion...
A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works...
I recommend well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) or Sculptra which can give you great results with facial sculpting, contour, symmetry and volume. Implants or fat are an alternative. I recommend seeing a facial sculpting expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer
