Is possible to get aeygo sal with cheek lift? When I push my cheek upward directly under the eyes it creates this aeygo sal effect. (photo). I dont want to get filler for aeygo sal as that look unnatural. I also like to lift my cheek directly under the eyes as opposed to lift it diagonally by the temple or the ears. I know there is subciliary approach of cheek lift which comes with risk. Is it possible to achieve the look of lifted cheeks directly under the eyes and at the same time create fullness in that area with temporal cheek lift and fat transfer? Whats my best option here?
I underwent an endoscopic temporal brow and cheek lift, along with 20 cc of fat grafting, in January 2025. Unfortunately, I feel like my appearance has worsened since the surgery. My surgeon insists that I should wait six months for the final results and trust the process, but my recovery has been extremely challenging. Im considering seeking in-person second opinions and would greatly appreciate any guidance or insights you may have. Thank you. Please note Ive been extremely on top of my post care as well. 10 sessions of 100% oxygen HBOT starting 1 day post op, 20 sessions of post op Mld. SPMs to help compact inflammation, sleeping upright w recommended compression for 10 weeks, daily walking, clean whole food in process diet. Etc
I have hollow under eyes, scleral show, strongish nasolabial folds and lowered cheek fat. I have been told that i look tired for all my life and i think these features contribute to it. I have had them since i was young so they are not due to aging. When i lift my cheek up with my fingers (as in the photo), i think it has a big positive effect on my looks. I also currently have a 0,5 syringe of radiesse on both of my cheeks/infraorbital area but did not make any difference (although its a small amount). I am currently contemplating between a cheek life procedure or a cheek implant. I believe that both could give decent results but a midface lift could also address my scleral show and lessen my dead eyes look. It also might be that i am just too young for a mid face lift so i would like to know if that is the case. I would like the results to address these mentioned problems while keeping a masculine look. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
hi Do I have jowls? I cant tell if its jowling or just a weak chin or maybe excess fat on my cheek? Will losing weight reverse this or make it even worse? What are my options if I look into plastic surgery? Thank you
I was wondering if the midface (cheek lift) is performed by lifting all of the tissue completely off the bone and elevating it to a new position? Would that decrease the blood supply to the bone? And also since its moving the cheeks up, will it change ones smile? Also, does this surgery have the potential to put pressure on the lower eyelid area with time? Thank you!
Hi, Ive noticed the past week that the left side of my face has been looking rounder and swollen all of a sudden. My weight hasnt changed that much so I dont think it is fat gain - but it is looking much rounder and droopier than the right side of my face. It also kind of looks like sagging jowls but Im not sure how thats possible. Does anyone know what it is and how it could have been caused?
Hello. I had a cheek lift 4 months ago and i see no difference in my nasal folds. I was under the impression that the procedure was supposed to help with this. I spoke to my surgeon about my concern and he said it could only be helped with fillers. Is that true? Should i see someone else for a revision? Is there some other procedure that could help with the folds? Thank you
Im 25 years old and am considering getting a cheek lift to address several concerns: malar edema, nasolabial folds, minor facial asymmetry, downturned lips, and jowls. I figured it would be best to do something long lasting and address all these concerns at once. Any thoughts/suggestions? Is the cost different if Im younger and have less drooping than a normal facelift patient?
