I recommend well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) or Sculptra which can give you great results with facial sculpting, contour, symmetry and volume. Implants or fat are an alternative. I recommend seeing a facial sculpting expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer

Thanks for your question and photo. There are a variety of techniques that can be used to correct facial asymmetry. A more temporary approach includes dermal fillers (e.g., Sculptra, Voluma, and Radiesse), while fat grafting, use of permanent fillers (Aquamid, Bellafill ) and facial implants would offer a more permanent solution.  However, one can also defat the fuller side to more match the thinner, left side. It could be done with judicious micro liposuction ction or a buccal   fat pad removal. To address your concerns I would recommend having an in person consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in facial aesthetics and contouring.
