I have always had fat cheeks or generally fat face compared to my slim body. While I know thick cheeks are a good thing, there is just something wrong with mine, as if they are too lose, and I have deep nasolabial folds. I've always had that, not just as aging problem. I was considering fillers but I dont want them to make my head look even "fatter". Is my bone structure the problem? Skin type? I like my chubby cheeks coz they make me look younger but I wish they were firmer & no nasolabial folds.

Answer: Laugh Lines / Nasolabial Folds - Fillers + Sculptra, Lasers like Fraxel/Clear + Brilliant, Radiofrequency, Peels, Skin Care
A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works...
I recommend well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) or Sculptra which can give you great results with facial sculpting, contour, symmetry and volume. Implants or fat are an alternative. I recommend seeing a facial sculpting expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer
