Is it true that an over resected dorsum causes for the nasal tip to be wider/bigger? And is it a good idea to build the nose back up with ear or rib cartilage? How great are the chances of grafts warping over time..Is it worth taking the risk or would i be better off leaving my nose like this since i already had 2 rhinoplasties im 6 months post op from my revision and i have thick skin.

You have swelling and edema with time they pass so you should take comfort,
However, after one year healing process and if you have still these complaints,
then you can consider for a Revision Rhinoplasty.
The photographs demonstrate hanging columella, not alar notching. This is treated with conservative skin and cartilage removal from the columella. Placement of alar rim graft is made through the inside of the nostrils and a small pocket was made for insertion of the cartilage graft.
