I had dorsal hump removed and tip slightly raised and nostrils brought in very slightly. Closed rhino with very well known surgeon. I’m 32. 9 weeks post op. Columa looks crooked and tip is very rounded. Neither of these issues were present before surgery. Am i going to need revision? Nose almost looks too small and tip way too rounded and Columa way too crooked. How can i tell if it’s swelling or not?
