How can I refine my nose tip and not make it triangle shaped? (photos)

Question

I see many nose surgeries where there is little change to the nose tip. I want it more refined. The pictures I've attached show that it isn't as refined as I want to. They are still triangle shaped and the sides are drooping down. I also want the tip 3 dimensional and not flat. I have a really ugly and big flat nose, kinda of like the patients attached in the photos.

There are many variables that go into reducing the bulbous tip such as the width, orientation and thickness of the lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip, and the thickness of the skin in the tip. Suture techniques and a conservative cartilage removal accomplish the goals of narrowing  the nasal nasal tip. It is very important to have realistic expectations.

The first step is communicating what exactly you are looking for. This is generally accomplished with photos. Once this has been done, your doctor can ascertain if what you desire is achievable anatomically(high probability or low probability) and whether it is aesthetically desirable.From there it is a matter of innaye aesthetics and experience with nasal anatomy and nasal skin.Hope this helps
