How can I refine my nose tip and not make it triangle shaped? (photos)

I see many nose surgeries where there is little change to the nose tip. I want it more refined. The pictures I've attached show that it isn't as refined as I want to. They are still triangle shaped and the sides are drooping down. I also want the tip 3 dimensional and not flat. I have a really ugly and big flat nose, kinda of like the patients attached in the photos.

It is likely that there is still swelling after the rhinoplasty, but sometimes breathing can be compromised after surgery.  Relay your concerns to your surgeon who will be able to examine you and create a plan tailored to your individual needs.  Best wishes!
