Why is my nostril becoming 'pinched'/triangular post Rhinoplasty? (photos)

I agree with Dr. Stallworth's assessment. Your right nostril is slightly elevated and the nostril is more vertically oriented than the left side. I would contact your surgeon to discuss. Typically, this will improve as you heal and swelling resolves. I find that massage/ nasal exercises can speed this process. Your photos demonstrate some mild alar retraction on the right. However, 6 weeks out from surgery is far too early to make any conclusions about the final outcome. You should wait a minimum of 6 months to potentially one year before deciding on any further intervention. It may not be necessary. Ultimately, you should visit with your surgeon to get their opinion on how this should be handled.good luck
