How can I prevent creases and dents after lipo procedure, if my job requires sitting majority of the day?

Hello and thank you for your question.  The
best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  If good technique is used, then liposuction should not result in creases, even if you sit for work post-operatively.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

We do liposuction very carefully and use compression garments for 4 weeks after lipo contouring surgery, and with this approach we rarely see bad grooves from lipo.  The key is for the surgeon not to be aggressive with fat removal where the patient is concerned about skin contour.
