Depending on time since surgery, your preoperative skin dynamics, and your physical exam, a multitude of recommendations could be made. In general, if it has been less than 3 months, then massage or Endermologie could be beneficial, possibly up to 6 months. I would caution you to avoid investing in expensive additional non-surgical procedures that have a paucity of evidence for efficacy. Best of luck!

If it is the sensations you are having, then you may need to wait 6 or more months for that to improve. Unsure of when your procedure was. I'm not sure when you had your procedure. You may still have swelling and sensations, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance.
