Management depends on how long ago your surgery was performed and what your body looked like prior to surgery. Your plastic surgeon should provide guidance about management of liposuction and fat transfer within the first year. If this person is not available to you, you should see a board certified plastic surgeon who can help guide you on management. The photos are not entirely clear. You should bring your preoperative photos to the surgeon you see, if you are not seeing your surgeon from the BBL.
General options include further lipo contouring or a tummy tuck to tighten your skin. Best of luck to you!

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

This is a very good example of why performing liposuction alone given the indication for abdominoplasty is problematic. There is a trend of giving the patient what she thinks she wants rather than offering the appropriate operation. It’s the surgeon’s responsibility to discuss the potential outcome because it’s something he can anticipate.

Based on your photos, you need a skin resection procedure that includes a TT. You would likely benefit from a high definition tummy tuck using high definition VASER liposuction. The tummy tuck procedure would comprehensively remove excess skin and fat in the abdominal region. The abdominal muscle would also be 'tightened' to create the appearance of a flatter stomach. To make an assessment on the outcome of an operation we always need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.
Pictures should be taken from at least 6 feet away by another person or using the timer on your camera. It should show your torso in a standing neutral position from your neck to your knees in undergarments showing the full front, side and back.
Everyone will have skin folds in a flexed position and the way the skin creates skinfolds in a flexed position may change after substantial fat removal.
If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.
I don’t know what your conversation was with your surgeon but if you were a better candidates for a tummy tuck then did your surgeon tell you that during the consultation. Hopefully a thorough in person consultation well in advance of the scheduled procedure.
Delivering consistent quality liposuction results is more difficult than most people believe. This is also true for fat transfer.
Simply being a board-certified plastic surgeon with overall good reputation is no guarantee that someone has mastered these procedures.
Patients need to work hard at finding the most talented provider for these procedures if they wanna minimize disappointing outcomes. Patients should do that by having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons who do a lot of the procedure you’re interested in.
During in person consultations ask each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures. Being shown sample pictures which most likely represent the best results of the providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding what the average results look like. This is why patients need to push providers to open up their portfolio and show as many before and after pictures as possible. An experienced surgeon should have no difficulty showing you at least 50 sets of before and after pictures for a common procedure like a BBL. highly experienced surgeons will have 100s or even thousands of before and after pictures for this procedure.
Ask the provider to show as many pictures as possible of patients with your body characteristic. Look carefully at all the after pictures to look for areas of skin irregularities. Asked the surgeon to point out what areas were treated with Liposuction and which areas were not so you can look at the transition zone from treated to untreated area and make sure those areas look natural.
Finally I recommend reading all reviews and various physician review websites avoiding providers so they need significant number of justified negative reviews. The absence of justified negative reviews is more important than having an abundance of positive reviews.
Patients should continue having consultations until they feel quite certain they found a surgeon who can deliver their results they’re hoping for and clearly has the skill and experience.
In the end your surgeon is responsible for the outcome and you are responsible for choosing that surgeon.

Your post doesn’t include any questions so I’m not sure what you’re looking to do other than to vent.
If you want a proper second opinion then you need to schedule those as in person consultations. For second opinion consultations patient should come prepared by bringing all formal before and after pictures and a copy of your operative report which is part of your medical record and obtainable if you ask your surgeon to forward them.
Different surgeons have different skill sets and to get the quality results most patients are hoping for typically requires doing significant work to find the right plastic surgeon.
It’s not possible to do this using your computer. It requires having in person consultations and often lots of them.
