Fibrosis or scarring after abdominal tumescent liposuction 2 years ago? (Photos)

This is a challenging problem to fix. This is due to excessive liposuction of the superficial fat and/or deep fat with tethered scarring of the area to the underlying muscular fascia. The solution is complex including repeat liposuctioning with or without fat grafting depending on physical exam. Best of luck. I would recommend seeing a board-eligible or board-certified plastic surgeon to ensure that you are properly evaluated and that the correct safe surgical recommendations can be discussed and/or made.
