How to fix irregularities on upper arm after lipo 9 months ago? (Photos)

I had liposuction done 9 months ago. I didn’t have much fat to begin with and my surgeon took some from my arms. Now I’m left with horrible irregularities. He attempted to fix one of my arm,by placing some fat, but arms still look really ugly. Can someone tell me what would be a good option to fix this? Im a very active person. I love to workout regularly. Please help
