This is a challenging problem to fix. The contour irregularities are secondary to irregular suctioning and maybe overly aggressive suctioning of the superficial fat. You would potentially need repeat liposuctioning with the SAFE technique and potential fat grafting to those areas. Best of luck....

This is a challenging problem to fix. This is due to excessive liposuction of the superficial fat and/or deep fat with tethered scarring of the area to the underlying muscular fascia. The solution is complex including repeat liposuctioning with or without fat grafting depending on physical exam....

Thank you for your pictures and questions. It would be helpful to look at photos prior to surgery. If you had a significant amount of liposuction to do and a lot of excess skin, your result may be completely reasonable....maybe not idea, but depending on the starting point, very good improvement...
