I have had my second hair transplant about a month ago. First surgery was a strip surgery. And even though it left me with a linear scar, I was able to cover it mostly with longer hair. This recent surgery was a 2200 FUE. The hair on the back looks very diffused and patchy. I am not sure if it is shock loss or it is over harvested. And i dont know how to deal with it at the moment, and I am not sure if i should get a micropigmentation that early. Any help or advice is appreciated.

Answer: It may take several weeks to see how your donor area may turn out.
Ointment is useful in the donor area during the initial healing phase and up to about a week. You are at that point so it is unlikely to have any additional benefit.
Not every patient sheds their transplanted hair, so there's no cause for alarm there. For the hairs that did shed, typically you'll begin seeing them grow in a few more months, for some people it may take 9+ months after the transplant to see hair growth.
