Can squeezing your nose cause the shape of your nose to change?

The short answer is "probably not"! However, like most things, it depends on the degree of trauma and frequency. I would imagine that if each episode of squeezing resulted in some degree of swelling, you could theoretically develop persistent swelling which could get fibrosed.

Simply squeezing the pores of your nose should not cause a permanent change in size. You may experience some swelling, however once you stop the swelling should eventually resolve.
